An Easy, Dairy Free Shake Recipe That’s Simply Irresistible

If you’re looking for a quick and delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth while sticking to your dairy-free diet, look no further! This dairy free shake recipe is easy to make and packed with flavor, without any of the dairy products that can upset your stomach or trigger allergies.

What other health benefits does this dairy free shake have?

This simple dairy free shake is also much healthier than a traditional dairy shake. Because this recipe contains a banana and date syrup, it is a good source of potassium, folate, magnesium, and vitamin B6. Also, just one medium banana contains 1.3 grams of protein. The cashew/almond milk has additional protein and good fats. You can also add an additional tablespoon of peanut butter to increase the protein and good fat content. You can indulge in this tasty treat guilt free.

What flavors can I make with this dairy free shake recipe?

You can make a vanilla or chocolate dairy free shake with this recipe. If you omit the bananas and use frozen strawberries instead, you can make a dairy free strawberry shake. However, I would not recommend adding the peanut butter.

How long does it take to make this dairy free shake?

One of the best parts about this dairy free shake recipe is that it will only take you five minutes to make! So you can enjoy this creamy delightful shake in no time.
