When I found out I was allergic to casein, one of the proteins in dairy milk, I thought to myself, “What in the world am I going to eat and how am I going to cook for my family?” I’m not going to lie, there was a big learning curve and it took me a while to adapt my recipes to still taste good but contain no dairy.
