- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Add the dairy free butter, butter flavored shortening, white sugar, and brown sugar to a mixer or large bowl.
- Mix on low speed or stir until the ingredients are creamy.
- Add the vanilla and eggs. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, sift the dry ingredients: flour, salt, and baking soda.

- When all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, you can either add the dairy free chocolate chips or form your cookies and add about 4 or 5 chips to each cookie.
- I use a small spoon to scoop out just enough dough for each cookie.
- Bake in a preheated 350° oven for approximately 12 minutes.
