My Dairy-Free Journey

When I found out I was allergic to casein, one of the proteins in dairy milk, I thought to myself, “What in the world am I going to eat and how am I going to cook for my family?” I’m not going to lie, there was a big learning curve and it took me a while to adapt my recipes to still taste good but contain no dairy. Many recipes that I found on the internet were time consuming, complicated, and required hard to find ingredients. I had to have recipes that were quick and easy to prepare. Over time and with trial and error, I just started to learn what worked and what didn’t. Now, I want to help other people by sharing my knowledge and recipes. That way, you can skip the big learning curve and go straight to eating right and feeling better.
